Doug Flynn has recently been appointed as the Chairman of medical imaging cloud solutions provider IMEXHS Ltd, who were brought to an ASX listing by x10 Partners in September 2018.

Doug is currently Chairman of ASX200 listed data centre solutions provider NEXTDC and brings tremendous experience to IMEXHS. He has previously served as Managing Director of News International plc and Chief Executive of both Aegis Group and Rentokil Initial plc. Board roles have included Directorships at West Australian Newspaper Holdings Ltd and Seven West Media. Doug has also been a Chairman of APN Outdoor, Konekt and iSentia.

Doug is investing $500,000 in IMEXHS via a placement, demonstrating his confidence in the company and his vision in looking through the current macro-economic business cycle.
