In addition to celebrating their Account Executives, IMEXHS is also proud to work with a new methodology that will help them continue to evolve as a company.

Recently, the company’s marketing area and sales area held a meeting to celebrate the Vendor’s Day, showing their support for the team and sharing the projected goals for the future of the company.

On this day, Alejandro Varettoni, the company’s CSO had the opportunity to explain to their account executives the new sales method that they will be implementing. This, to promote growth, not only for the company but also for its team of account executives, which is composed of an incredible group of talented people with high potential, who can fulfill their aspirations, thanks to his mentality prepared for current and future challenges.

The new method presented during the meeting is an essential part of the marketing area process, creating greater importance for the impact they can give to the client. At the end of the new method, it shows that at the end of a sale, the Account Executive must continue to provide the customer with the Upsell, Cross-Sell, and Renewal, generating much higher retention than the one the company already has.

“This has been a year of deep transformation for the company, we have a new product portfolio, new business models that are driving our sales and a much more mature management model, so we also have to adjust the way we sell. In order to support our transformation process towards a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, we have designed this new methodology, which is already being implemented in our US team and which we will gradually deploy in each of the regions where we operate.
