IMEXHS managed to get an authorized representative in Europe through the company MC MEDICAL DEVICES & DRUGS, S.L. in order to achieve the CE certification.

Now IMEXHS has CMC MEDICAL DEVICES & DRUGS, S.L. as its authorized representative in the EU, from Spain they provide the service to medical device and IVD manufacturers worldwide, making their products freely available for sale in Europe and other countries. With this new representation it is expected that IMEXHS will obtain the CE certification.

The authorized representative is any natural or legal person established in the European Community who has received a written order from a manufacturer to act on its behalf in specific tasks, including complying with registration obligations and checking, at its own expense. Once, the manufacturer also complies with its registration obligations. Also, it must be registered in the electronic system with all the information pertinent to its status as an economic agent and the products it represents.
