IMEXHS has formed two committees with the mission of promoting and executing healthy practices, as well as safe habits that improve the quality of life of everyone in the company.


With the creation of the Joint Committee on Safety and Health at Work (COPASST) and the Coexistence Labor Committee, IMEXHS seeks to reinforce and improve the quality of life of its employees by encouraging them to adopt healthy and safe habits. For this purpose, an induction/re-induction session was held to promote the active participation of the staff, in order to anticipate and recognise the risks that may affect health and safety in the workplace.

The Comité Paritario de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (COPASST) is in charge of promoting and ensuring Workplace Health and Safety at all levels of the company, enacting and supporting healthy practices that motivate workers to have safe habits, while working together with management and the OSH department to achieve the defined objectives.

The COPASST 2020-2022 representatives are: Luz Dary Sánchez, Yarid Moreno, Nicolás Sierra, Julio Carvajalino, Manuel Herrera, Jessika Junka, Juliana Giraldo and Elizabeth Méndez.

The Comité de Convivencia Laboral is a group that has been created by representatives of the employer and workers to prevent workplace harassment. In this way, employees are protected against any psychosocial risk that may affect their health in the work environment, as is the case with work stress, for example.

The objectives of the Comité de Convivencia Laboral are to promote an excellent work environment, foster positive relationships among colleagues and support the dignity and integrity of everyone in the workplace.

For the period 2020-2022, the representatives of the Coexistence Committee are: Laura García, Rosa Molina, Laura Velandia, Emerson Espinosa, Jorge Marín, Paula Regino, Elkin Vizcaino and Pedro Ortiz.
