Mr. Flynn is a business leader with experience in Europe and Australia, overseeing companies in sectors such as manufacturing, mining, business services, media, and marketing. He has held non-executive roles in media, technology, and infrastructure, leading companies such as News International, Aegis Group, and Rentokil Initial, and currently chairs NextDC Ltd.

Mr. Palacio, with over 27 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, and strategic management, is the CEO of CrossPoint Telecommunications, a company specializing in IT solutions for multinational organizations. He is an electrical engineer with a specialization in telecommunications and holds two master’s degrees in management from Macquarie University.

Dr. Lingard, a radiologist and nuclear medicine physician with extensive experience, has held leadership positions in Auckland, Washington DC, and Sydney. He was a co-founder of Pittwater Radiology Partners, which, following mergers and acquisitions, evolved into Medical Imaging Australasia Ltd. He holds a medical degree from the University of Otago and is a member of various professional associations in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Banks is a business leader with experience in expanding companies in healthcare, employment, and banking, focusing on financial management, technology, and customer relations. He served as CEO of Konekt Ltd, leading the company from its ASX listing in 2012 to its sale in 2019. Previously, he held positions at Westpac Banking Corporation and currently serves as a director at Boom Logistics Ltd and RPM Automotive Group Ltd.

Dr. Arango is a radiologist with over 17 years of experience in Colombia. He specialized in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at McGill University and pursued further studies at Universidad El Bosque and Universidad de La Sabana. He has served as a professor of Neuroradiology in the residency programs of Radiology, Neurology, and Neurosurgery at Colombia's leading universities.
